Join us for a memorable day of golf, community, and giving back. The tournament includes a full day of activities with great food, on-course contests, exciting prizes, and opportunities to connect with fellow players and sponsors. Below you’ll find all the details to help you prepare for the event.
Event Schedule
May 1st - 8:30am Shotgun StartSienna Golf Club

7:00 AM – Player Arrival & Check-In Opens
Registration table opens. Player check-in & swag bag pickup. Driving range and practice areas open. Breakfast and coffee available.

7:10 AM – Putting Green Contest Begins - Donation Required
Sponsored putting contest opens. Players can participate before heading to their starting holes.

8:00 AM – Welcome Announcements
Quick event overview. Sponsor recognition. Tournament rules and hole activation overview.

8:25 AM – Players Head to Assigned Holes
Players are their way to their designated hole which will be displayed on their cart.

8:30 AM – Shotgun Start
Tournament play begins (18 holes). On-course sponsor activations at select holes. Beverage cart and course snacks available.

1:15 PM – Lunch & Networking at Clubhouse
Enjoy a scrumptious lunch by the Sienna Golf Grill.

1:30 PM – Awards Ceremony & Raffle
Tournament winners announced. Contest winners (Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Putting Contest). Raffle prizes and sponsor recognition.

2:00 PM – Event Concludes

Food & Beverage
Breakfast
Breakfast will be served during player check-in to help participants start the day energized before heading out to the course.
Menu:
• Fresh breakfast selections available during check-in
On-Course Food & Beverages
Snack and beverage stations, along with beverage carts, will be positioned throughout the course so players can enjoy refreshments during play.
Lunch
Following the tournament, all players are invited to attend the awards ceremony lunch.
Lunch will include:

Parking & Arrival
Players are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for check-in, warm-up, and breakfast before the tournament begins.
